Non-Refundable Terms

1. All Sales Are Final – Once a carbon credit purchase has been completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. No Returns or Reversals – Carbon credits are retired or allocated upon purchase, making them non-transferable and non-reversible.
3. Regulatory Compliance – Carbon credits are subject to verification and issuance by third-party registries, ensuring their legitimacy. Once issued, they cannot be retracted or reassigned.
4. Fraud Prevention – In cases of unauthorized transactions, please contact our support team immediately. While we cannot issue refunds, we will assist in resolving any potential security concerns.
